AOS3.0

Air Oxygen Sensor AOS 3.0

Sensor head (SK) and sensor control and display unit (SKE)

The air oxygen sensor AOS 3.0 is a miniaturized amperometric limit current sensor for oxygen partial pressure measurements in the range of ambient atmospheres. It is based on the use of the most advanced solid oxygen ion conducting electrolytes with improved electrochemical properties. There is no need for a reference electrode that could become depleted over time. All parts are solid and stable for many years. The sensor is selective for oxygen and requires no maintenance.

In the sensor control unit (SKE), voltages are controlled and currents are measured with high precision. It also contains the very precise temperature control of the active sensor element of the sensor head (SK).

The large-format liquid crystal display shows the oxygen partial pressure ni% for each value with high precision.

The sensor head (SK) is available in direct connection with the sensor control unit (SKE), free-standing or connected to bases for walls and ceilings, integrated into gas-tight bushings or in customer-specific arrangements.

Typical areas of application

All measurements of oxygen partial pressures with a percentage range, e.g. in ambient atmospheres, at the workplace, in shops, in the home, at sporting and social events, in exhaust gases from combustion furnaces, heaters, in poorly ventilated places, in wineries. and fermentation cellars.
